U.S. Summit Company was founded in 1948 by four young Chinese graduates of M.I.T., who recognized early the great potential value of a commercial link between the growing capabilities of America and the unknown, untapped markets of Asia. Connecting Western products with Eastern markets, working largely with blue-chip domestic corporations, these four young entrepreneurs focused on identifying emerging industries, entering them on behalf of their principals and building lasting markets for their products and services. Today, the enterprise they started is widely regarded as a leading advisor, partner and exclusive agent for principals in Asia.
